Efficiency
The unique feature of this technology is the acceleration of SURFAST® additives. With SURFAST® the abrasives are mixed in a tank at ambient pressure.
This mixture is brought directly to working pressure with the SURFAST® pump and then directed to the workpiece using a special nozzle. SURFAST® works in a closed loop. This leads to a considerable saving in operating material.
We choose the material of the solids in line with your requirements to ensure you carry out the following activities efficiently with the system: cleaning, deburring, decoating, polishing, compacting.

Flexibility
The consumption of resources (abrasives, fluid, etc.) is minimized thanks to a closed loop. Solids and the fluid are collected in the collecting tank, filtered and then fed back into the system.
SURFAST® works with low pressure from 20 bar to a max. of 150 bar. The solids are directly in the fluid jet and hence are more efficient even at lower pressure than in traditional blasting systems.
The result is considerably less dust and noise in the application.
You do not need a special installation or shielding in your workshop.
